Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled within 8 hours of the session. If not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 8 hour window a $20 late cancel fee will be charged to the client and the session has been deemed used. If a client shows up late to a virtual meeting, the meeting will not run past the original time to make up for it. Insure you can show up on time. Client understands that a yoga experience is highly subjective, that emotions may come to the service based on the nature of this spiritual and energy practice, and that results cannot be guaranteed. Client is therefore responsible for communicating discomfort to the instructor so that the instructor can modify and support accordingly. Callebaut Yoga, all employees, and the owner are not held responsible for injury of any kind during the yoga practice. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the safety of their own body and mind. Client has checked with their doctor and other health care providers to ensure that yoga is safe for them to practice. Client understands that it is their responsibility to communicate any and all health issues that could pose a threat if not accommodated in the yoga session including but not limited to high blood pressure, vertigo, and sprained ligaments.
