The month long course is set up to be pretty flexible with only one live call each week. This live call will also be recorded and available for the 24 hours after the call took place (every Tuesday of the course). The course is designed to fit into a regular day with no sessions (yoga, live, guided activities) lasting longer than an hour. The journaling that follows each type of session is variable in length depending on the person, which means you have great flexibility on how much time you spend on the course each day and week. Journal entries are not submitted and therefore don't keep you from moving forward in the course. By Wednesday you will be able to access the rest of the week's content regardless of the day because at that point it will be self paced.
